In short
- La Oreja de Van Gogh already has the most festivals in 2027: eight, from Interestelar in May to Caudal Fest in Lugo in September, and at four of them you buy a ticket for their concert, not a festival pass.
- Viva Suecia has six, including Caudal Fest in Lugo: La Fica, Linares, Sevilla, Albacete and Granada are joined by Lugo, which announced the band as a headliner on 19 September.
- Iván Ferreiro packs his five festivals between March and June: he starts at SanSan in Benicàssim and stays within the arc running from Castellón to Jaén.
- No festival has all three, but six feature two of them: with passes from €55.99 to €80, the rest of the line-up and the date matter more than the name that repeats.
Three names keep cropping up on the first line-ups of 2027. La Oreja de Van Gogh already has eight festivals confirmed in Spain, Viva Suecia has six and Iván Ferreiro five: nineteen performances spread across thirteen festivals running from 25 March to 25 September.
These are the confirmations as of 23 October 2026, and almost no line-up is complete, so the figure may grow. Behind the three, another frequently repeated name is already emerging: Rata, with four festivals (SanSan, WARM UP, Sonórica and Caudal Fest).
La Oreja de Van Gogh: eight festivals, four with tickets just for their concert
The San Sebastián band, once again with Amaia Montero, wraps up its Spanish tour on 30 December at the Movistar Arena in Madrid and spends March in Latin America. Their summer 2027 in Spain looks like this:
- Interestelar, at the CAAC in Sevilla, on 14 and 15 May. General pass at €65 including fees, after the €60 tier sold out.
- Spring Festival, at the Multiespacio Rabasa in Alicante, on 28 and 29 May. General pass at €55.99.
- Stone & Music, at the Teatro Romano de Mérida, on 5 June, with tickets from €72 to €165 depending on the area, fees included.
- Sonórica, at the Estadio de Riomar in Castro Urdiales, on Friday 16 July. Two-day pass at €80.
- Sons del Món, at the Ciutadella de Roses, on 24 July, their only concert in Catalonia in 2027. Standing ticket at €68 through the festival's ticket sales, with dynamic pricing.
- Concert Music Festival, in Sancti Petri (Chiclana), on 10 August. Official sales are on Ticketmaster; ModoFestival may receive a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you.
- Starlite Occident, in Marbella, on 13 August, with tickets from €55 on the festival website.
- Caudal Fest, at the Xardín do Pazo de Feiras e Congresos in Lugo, on 17 and 18 September. The two-day pass is on its third tier, €67.
The figure mixes two formats. Interestelar, Spring, Sonórica and Caudal Fest sell passes and put La Oreja de Van Gogh alongside other bands. Stone & Music, Sons del Món, Concert Music and Starlite are summer concert series with one ticket per night: anyone going just for the band pays for their concert and nothing more. For that audience, the cheapest ticket today is in Marbella, from €55, almost the same as Spring's two-day pass (€55.99).
When the band announced its summer, on 29 September, the statement reported by EFE also included Mallorca Live Occident, on 11 and 12 June. Today that date appears neither on the band's official schedule nor on the website of the festival, which has not yet published a line-up, so it is left out of the count. The Mérida date has its own article: their debut at the Teatro Romano.
Viva Suecia: six festivals, from La Fica to the Cortijo del Conde
When WARM UP announced Viva Suecia, on 21 October, we at ModoFestival counted five 2027 festivals for the band from Murcia. There are six: Caudal Fest in Lugo had already presented them on 19 September as headliners, alongside Sidonie, Niña Polaca, Puño Dragón, Gara Durán and Rata. Before all that they have a headline show of their own, on 16 January at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona. Their festivals:
- WARM UP, at La Fica (Murcia), on 30 April and 1 May. General pass at €69.99, plus 10% in fees.
- Vive Linares, at the Recinto Ferial de Linares, on 7 and 8 May. General pass at €65 in its second tier.
- Interestelar, in Sevilla, on 14 May, according to the band's schedule.
- Antorchas, at the Recinto Ferial de Albacete, from 17 to 19 June. The concert pass is already at €75, after the €60 and €70 passes sold out, and does not include the festival's food programme.
- Caudal Fest, in Lugo, on 17 September.
- Granada Sound, at the Cortijo del Conde, on 24 September. The official shop sells the general pass at €60, although the festival's homepage still advertises "from 55".
Four of the six fall between 30 April and 19 June, and at three of them they share the bill with Iván Ferreiro. The other two come once summer is over, a week apart: Lugo on 17 September and Granada on 24 September. There is more detail on the Vive Linares line-up and the other announcements in their news stories and on the Viva Suecia page.
Iván Ferreiro: five festivals in three months, from Benicàssim to Albacete
Iván Ferreiro is the first of the three to take to a festival stage. His dates in order:
- SanSan Festival, in Benicàssim, from 25 to 27 March, alongside Lori Meyers, La Pegatina, Él Mató a un Policía Motorizado and Triángulo de Amor Bizarro. General pass at €69 including fees, on sale on Fever, the ticketing platform the festival links to; ModoFestival may receive a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you.
- WARM UP, in Murcia, on 30 April and 1 May, headlined by The Kooks.
- Vive Linares, on 7 and 8 May.
- Spring Festival, in Alicante, on 28 and 29 May, where for now there are only two names: him and La Oreja de Van Gogh.
- Antorchas, in Albacete, from 17 to 19 June.

His calendar is the most compact of the three: three months and a map that stays within Castellón, Murcia, Alicante, Albacete and Jaén. For now he has no 2027 festivals in the north or in Galicia, his home region.
Where they overlap and how to choose between similar festivals
No festival has all three, but six feature two of them:
- Viva Suecia and Iván Ferreiro: WARM UP, Vive Linares and Antorchas.
- Viva Suecia and La Oreja de Van Gogh: Interestelar and Caudal Fest.
- Iván Ferreiro and La Oreja de Van Gogh: Spring Festival.
The repetition is less comfortable for the festivals than for the public. WARM UP, Vive Linares and Antorchas take place within seven weeks, a few hours apart by road, and share their two best-known names; WARM UP and Vive Linares also have Sexy Zebras. If the headliners repeat, the difference comes down to the rest of the line-up and the setting: The Kooks at La Fica, Xoel López, 091 and Carlos Sadness in Albacete, or the cheapest pass of the three in Linares.
On price, among the passes already on sale, the cheapest is Spring (€55.99) and the most expensive Sonórica (€80). Granada Sound (€60), Interestelar and Vive Linares (€65), Caudal Fest (€67), SanSan (€69), WARM UP (€69.99 plus fees) and Antorchas (€75) sit in between. These are tiered prices: WARM UP, Vive Linares, Interestelar, Antorchas and Caudal Fest have already sold out at least one cheaper tier.
Each festival's page lists new confirmations and price changes. For the full announcements, see the news stories on Interestelar, Antorchas, Spring, Sonórica and Granada Sound, and the La Oreja de Van Gogh page.
