Etnosur Alcalá la Real 2026 has already taken place. Here you can check the dates, line-up and practical information for that edition.

Etnosur 2026 will once again turn Alcalá la Real into one of the great cultural meeting points of the Andalusian summer from 16 to 19 July. The 29th edition keeps the multidisciplinary profile that has made the festival a unique point of reference: world music, urban coexistence, family activities, workshops, circus, crafts, cinema and food spread across four days.

Rather than a festival built around a single type of line-up, Etnosur works as a broad cultural experience in which the town itself becomes part of the event. That quality continues to set it apart on the map of festivals in Andalusia and helps explain why it has kept such a recognisable identity after almost three decades.

Within the July calendar, Etnosur holds a very particular place because it does not compete on sheer size or on quick-consumption names. Its strength lies in the experience, in its continuity and in a way of understanding the festival as cultural coexistence.
